11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
The STABLYX CMC Implant presents an anatomically shaped metacarpal surface with a 30° correction to prevent subluxation. The pathomechanics of this joint are discussed as well as the anatomy of the dorsal approach to the CMC.
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
This workshop will focus on: classic and new innovative techniques for the management of complex hand soft tissue injuries; use of intrinsic flaps and collagen templates for managing soft tissue injury; treatment of nerve injuries and management of scarred nerves after trauma; complex clinical cases and interactive participation from the audience.
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
This concentrated cadaver-based bioskills course provides the training required to perform endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery using the MicroAire SmartRelease® system. Participants will observe the technique in-person as demonstrated on a cadaver specimen by a faculty surgeon and will then have the opportunity to perform the procedure on their own cadaver specimen.

11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
The Scheker Distal Radio-Ulnar Joint prosthesis is the only prosthesis that replaces all of the functions of the distal radio-ulnar joint, including the sigmoid notch, the ulnar head and the function of the triangular fibrocartilage. This workshop is intended to teach the hand surgeon the technique for application of the Scheker Distal Radio-Ulnar Joint Prosthesis.
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
Participate in this session to better understand the latest clinical and scientific evidence behind the low intensity pulsed ultrasound mechanism of action used by the EXOGEN Ultrasound Bone Healing System. This talk will also include an in-depth case study discussion.

The surgeon faculty will present their clinical experiences with these advanced implant options, a new FPL-sparing implant, low profile volar plates contoured to the anatomy, as well as fracture-specific solutions that can be used for distal fragments and other patterns that may be difficult to reduce.
11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
This program will discuss and demonstrate the use of the Checkpoint Nerve Stimulator/Locator in brachial plexus exploration, complex peripheral nerve reconstruction cases, nerve transfers and in complex revision surgery. Additionally, intra-operative nerve assessment and clinical decision-making will be addressed, as well as the application of Checkpoint’s regional stimulation capabilities for nerve location and mapping in complex exposure cases when nerves are at higher risk for injury.
