Housing reservation deadline: August 31, 2016
We provide reduced hotel rates in Austin through our official housing partner, the Austin Housing Bureau. Reserve and manage your housing through the Austin Housing Bureau through August 31. With questions about your reservation, please call the Bureau at 866-645-0605.
On September 1 there will be no access to the housing bureau website. Beginning September 1, please contact the hotels directly regarding your current housing reservation or to book your housing. Please note that after August 31 the reduced hotel rates may not be applicable. The housing map below shows the five hotels within the ASSH housing block.

Most Canadian citizens and many citizens from Visa Waiver Program countries can come to the United States (U.S.) without a visa if they meet certain requirements. You can also visit the U.S. State Department website to learn about requirements for nonimmigrant visas.
Letter of Invitation Requests
Some participants from outside the continental United States need to apply for a visa at the American embassy, consulate or the visa-issuing office in their country of origin.
