10 Things to Know about Attending the 71st ASSH Annual Meeting

This meeting is PAPERLESS! All you will receive on site is your badge. Sync your itinerary to the Annual Meeting app, or print a copy before you arrive. You can also print the program at a glance.

Handouts and abstract books are available through the meeting app, as is all program information. Download the app for free (coming soon).

Free wi-fi is available at the convention center for the duration of the meeting, so you will always have access to the meeting content.

The Austin City Limits Festival will take place during our meeting. Book your housing early at one of our hotels to secure a room.

The following are included in your registration fee: scientific sessions, symposia, instructional course lectures (excluding surgical skills), clinical case reviews, industry workshops, exhibits, poster presentations and boxed lunches (Thurs - Sat).

You can register online or by filling out a paper form, but not over the phone. Register before arriving for a discounted rate, or register on site at the registration desk.

The Educational Resource Center/Tech Lab is where you can purchase products, check out our online tools such as Hand-e, and receive tech help. It is located in the main lobby.

For the first time, awards will be presented during the Members Business Meeting rather than the general session. Be sure to attend the meeting on Thursday, September 29.

This year's International Guest Society is the Japanese Society for Surgery of the Hand. Join us in welcoming our Japanese guests!
