Origin: the transverse carpal ligament and the hook of the hamate
Insertion: the ulnar base of the small finger proximal phalanx
Function: flexes both the small finger carpometacarpal joint and the small finger metacarpophalangeal joint
Nerve: the motor branch of the ulnar nerve
Artery: the deep volar branch of ulnar artery and the dorsal carpal branch of the ulnar artery
