ASSH offers a discount on dues, products and course registrations to active duty military.
Active duty military personnel receive the resident/fellow rate on all applicable ASSH products and course registrations (including the Annual Meeting).
Membership dues are discounted by approximately 57 percent:
Active member dues: $300 (discounted from $530)
Candidate member dues: $150 (discounted from $300)
Active member application fee: $150 (discounted from $300)
Note: There is no discount for Candidate or Affiliate application fees.
Policy passed by ASSH Council in May 2009:
Military discounts are available to individuals who are in the United States Military under the United States Department of Defense, and who are currently serving as full time active duty military or are an activated reservist status serving a minimum of 90 days of continuous full time active duty.
