Product Demonstration Workshops
Reserve your spot to host a 60 minute workshop during select small courses in 2012! Workshops can be a combination of lecture, panel discussion, cadaveric demonstration, and/or a hands-on workshop using sawbones. Content and faculty are the responsibility of sponsor.
Workshop fee of $3,000 includes:
- Meeting space with standard room set (theater, schoolroom, and/or demo stations), basic audiovisual set including screen, LCD projector, and lectern microphone.
- Marketing and promotion to prospective attendees and registration management.
- One set of pre-registered attendee list mailing labels (available by request).
- Final post-meeting attendee registration list.

Electives in Hand Surgery (New Orleans, LA)

- Jointly sponsored by the American Society for Surgery of the Hand (ASSH) and Australian Hand Surgery Society (AHSS)

- Expected attendance is 200-250 attendees with an even split between Americans and Australians
- Features: 20 Tabletop Exhibits and up to 10 Product Demonstration Workshops
- The format of the course will be didactic lectures and hands on surgical skills lab work.
- This program is being offered to commercial supporters as a packaged opportunity for in-kind support in addition to a CME grant. The commercial support package includes tabletop booth space.

Comprehensive Review in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery (Chicago, IL)
The ASSH Comprehensive Review Course is designed as an advanced review course and update for practicing hand surgeons as well as Residents and Fellows in training. The course will review the topical concepts of anatomy, biomechanics and pathology as well as diagnostic and treatment methods relating to hand, wrist and elbow surgery. The faculty are recognized experts in hand surgery and have been selected for their knowledge, expertise and contributions relating to the subject matter they present.

Tabletop Assignments
Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to acceptance by ASSH. Upon receipt of completed application forms and fees, ASSH will send a letter to confirm reservation. Please contact the ASSH if you have not received confirmation within two weeks of submitting application. Deadline to submit: January 31, 2012 or until space sells out! Space is limited.
Mailing List Policy
The ASSH attendee mailing list is provided free-of-charge for a one-time use on peel and stick labels to all registered exhibiting companies. By applying to exhibit at one of our programs you agree to not copy, reuse, sell, electronically reproduce or share attendee contact information with any other party. The exhibiting company or its agent shall not transfer names or information to its own customer files or re-contact names derived from the mailing list. The ASSH reserves the right to “seed” the list using decoy names to protect against unauthorized use. Permission to use ASSH attendee mailing labels does not constitute an endorsement and no reference should be made to imply as such. Unauthorized use of the ASSH Mailing List may result in a $1200 charge. Further, ASSH reserves the right to refuse any future request for use of the ASSH Mailing List from any organization who has violated the ASSH Mailing List Policy.
Cancellation PolicyAll refunds must be requested in writing by fax at (847) 384-1435 or by email at
exhibits@assh.org. A full refund less a $100 administrative fee will be given if notification is received on or before December 1, 2011. After December 1 the following rules apply: Electives booth/workshop cancellations will be refunded 50% if received by January 1, 2012 (no refund for Electives after this date). ASSH/AHSS booth/workshop cancellations will be refunded 50% if received by January 30, 2012 (no refund for ASSH/AHSS after this date). Comprehensive Review booth cancellations will be refunded 50% if received on or before May 1, 2012 (no refund for Comprehensive Review after this date).
