You are invited to join the American Society for Surgery of the Hand at one or more of our stand-alone courses taking place in 2014!  Our small course educational programs are targeted for surgeons specializing in hand, orthopaedic and plastic surgery, as well as allied health professionals serving the hand care profession.  Exhibiting and presenting at an Industry Forum at these events allows you to reach leaders in the field of hand surgery and therapy in an intimate, small course setting.  Enjoy exceptional sales and networking opportunities at an affordable rate. 
 
Course Tabletop Exhibit Fee of $1,000 includes:
  • One 6’x30” skirted table and two chairs.
  • Company listing with contact information in the onsite program.
  • One set of our pre-registered attendee mailing labels (by request, one-time use only).
  • Final post-meeting attendee registration list.
  • Complimentary breakfast and boxed lunches for exhibit staff.
  • The opportunity to meet physician decision-makers from medical practices and health facilities from across the country!

Industry Forum for small courses fee of $2,000 includes:

  • Opportunity to highlight products through an in-depth presentation
  • Increase awareness of products and teach hand care professionals how to properly use surgical equipment and tools.
  • Content and faculty selected by sponsor
  • Includes session room setup, basic A/V package and registration/promotion services.

A $500 discount will be given to companies who plan to exhibit and present an Industry Forum AT THE SAME MEETING. Discounts are not available for multiple meetings.

ELECTIVES IN HAND SURGERY
February 7-8, 2014* New Orleans, LA
Chair: Warren C. Hammert, MD
DEADLINE: Monday, January 6, 2014 or until space sells out
  • 20 Tabletops available
  • Friday and Saturday morning and afternoon Industry Forum slots available
This two day program is jointly sponsored with the American Society of Hand Therapists and will offer concurrent tracks for both surgery and therapy interests.  Expected attendance is 150 - 200 attendees with 60% therapy and 40% physician participation.  Cost to exhibit is $1,000 per tabletop.  This program will take place at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.  This course was last held in 2012.
 
Industry Forums are also available for the Electives program!  Industry sponsors will enjoy 60 minutes to host a workshop using a combination of lecture, panel discussion, cadaveric demonstration (faculty only), and/or a hands-on workshop using sawbones.  Content and faculty are the responsibility of the sponsor.  Meeting space with standard room set-up including basic audio/visual package (screen, LCD projector, and microphone) will be provided.  Cost is $2,000/industry forum.
 
NOTE: A special discount of $500 is available if you apply for both tabletop exhibit and industry forum for Electives in Hand Surgery. 
 
WHAT EVERY HAND SURGEON SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE WRIST
May 2-3, 2014 * Austin, TX

This brand new, two-day program will focus on what all surgeons should know about the wrist including topics on Distal Radius, Carpus and Ulnar-sided Wrist Pain.  Expected attendance is 100 attendees with 95% surgeons and 5% allied health.  This program will be held at the Hilton Austin Hotel and will cost $1,000 per tabletop to exhibit. 
 
Industry Forums are also available for the Wrist program!  Industry sponsors will enjoy 60 minutes to host a workshop using a combination of lecture, panel discussion, cadaveric demonstration (faculty only), and/or a hands-on workshop using sawbones.  Content and faculty are the responsibility of the sponsor.  Meeting space with standard room set-up including basic audio/visual package (screen, LCD projector, and microphone) will be provided.  Cost is $2,000/industry forum.

COMPREHENSIVE REVIEW IN HAND SURGERY
July 18-19, 2014 * Chicago, IL *20 Tabletops Available

Exhibits will be offered over two full days during our annual, bestselling educational course.  Expected attendance is 250 attendees with 90% physicians and 10% allied health professionals.  Cost to exhibit is $1000 per tabletop.  This program will take place at the Hyatt Regency Chicago.  More information about this course, including housing information, will be available in January 2014.  Download the 2013 Comprehensive Review brochure to see what has been covered in the past.

Fill out the online course tabletop exhibit and industry forum application to secure your booth space.  Applications are only available online.  Credit card payment is due with your application.  If paying by check, submit payment with a copy of confirmation within 2 weeks of application to:

Tabletop Assignments
Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to acceptance by ASSH.  An automatic confirmation will be sent to the email address listed on the application.  Please contact the ASSH if you have not received confirmation within 24 hours. 
 
Mailing List Policy
The ASSH attendee mailing list is provided free-of-charge for a one-time use on peel and stick labels to all registered exhibiting companies.  By applying to exhibit at one of our programs you agree to not copy, reuse, sell, electronically reproduce or share attendee contact information with any other party.  The exhibiting company or its agent shall not transfer names or information to its own customer files or re-contact names derived from the mailing list.  The ASSH reserves the right to “seed” the list using decoy names to protect against unauthorized use.  Permission to use ASSH attendee mailing labels does not constitute an endorsement and no reference should be made to imply as such.  Unauthorized use of the ASSH Mailing List may result in a $1200 charge.  Further, ASSH reserves the right to refuse any future request for use of the ASSH Mailing List from any organization who has violated the ASSH Mailing List Policy.
 
Cancellation Policy
All refunds must be requested in writing by fax at (847) 384-1435 or by email at exhibits@assh.org.  The following rules apply: 
  • ELECTIVES: A full refund less a $150 administrative fee will be given if notification is received on or before December 9, 2013.  After December 9 booth cancellations will be refunded 50% if received by January 6, 2014 After January 6, there will be no refund.
  • WRIST: A full refund less a $150 administrative fee will be given if notification is received on or before March 21, 2014.  After March 21 booth cancellations will be refunded 50% if received by April 4, 2014.  After April 4, there will be no refunds.
  • COMP REVIEW: A full refund less a $150 administrative fee will be given if notification is received on or before May 12, 2014.  After May 12 booth cancellations will be refunded 50% if received by June 16.  After June 16, there will be no refund.
