Straight from their smash hit show at the House of Blues in Chicago - back by overwhelming demand – THE SAGITTAL BAND!

 

This popular and highly sought after group, once again, has agreed to play a benefit concert for the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand.  The 2009 event will take place on Thursday, September 3, at The Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, CA.

 

Opening as a restaurant/brothel in the early 1900s, the Music Hall quickly evolved into a premier music venue through the first half of the 20th century.  Band members Mark Baratz, MD, David Ring, MD, Chris Allen, MD, Maximillian Soong, MD, Aaron Smith, Matt Kennedy, and Allison MacLennan, MD will join the likes of Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Van Morrison and The Grateful Dead when they take the stage at this famous venue.
  
Along with the fabulous music, this special evening includes great food, frosty drinks, and friends.  Tickets are available for $125 which includes a $80 donation to the AFSH.

All proceeds go to fund the research, education, and outreach programs of the Foundation.

 

This was a sold out event in Chicago and 2009 promises to be the same so get your tickets early!!!
