CONFIRMATION
The Hilton San Francisco will send you an email acknowledgement of your reservation provided that a valid email address was provided. Please review all information for accuracy. Email confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of the reservations being processed. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this timeframe, please contact the Hilton San Francisco.
Important Information
- To take advantage of the special ASSH rate, please book your reservations by August 6, 2009. After that date, the ASSH block will be released and the hotels may charge higher rates
- All rates are per room and subject to a 14.5% hotel occupancy and a California Tourism Tax of 1.5%
- Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however the Hilton San Francisco will do its best to honor all requests. The Hilton San Francisco will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability
- Your reservation must be guaranteed either by credit card or check for first night’s deposit
- Eight dollars of your room rate will be used to defray convention costs
- Any changes made to your hotel reservation within 72 hours of arrival date (including early departure) are subject to an administrative fee of $75.00
NOTE: If the room block fills prior to the August 6, the hotel cannot guarantee availability and/or the special ASSH rate.

Conference Shuttle Service
