Important Information
- A one night deposit plus tax is required with each reservation
- To take advantage of the special ASHT rates, please book your reservations by August 6, 2009. Any reservations made after this date are subject to availability and at the hotel’s prevailing rates
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM; Check-out time: 12:00 PM
- All rates are per room and subject to a 14.0% hotel occupancy and a California Tourism Tax of 1.5%
- All cancellations and modifications should be directed to the hotel. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to arrival to receive refund. There will be no refund if the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours of arrival.
NOTE: If the room block fills prior to the deadline, the hotel cannot guarantee availability and/or the special ASHT rate. Any internet/promotional room rates may be walked to another property in the event of a sold-out situation until rooms become available.

Conference Shuttle Service
Shuttle service will be available Thursday-Saturday of the conference from the hotels to the convention center. Shuttle pick up will be at the Taylor Street entrance of the Hilton San Francisco (ASSH HQ Hotel).
