 Registration FAQ 

Has your Annual Meeting registration been processed?

If you have faxed or mailed your Annual Meeting registration, allow extra time for processing.  For faxes, allow at least three business days.  For mail, allow at least ten business days, as all mail is first directed to the bank and then re-directed to the ASSH office.

  • Login to the ASSH website at www.assh.org.*
  • Click on “Information for Surgeons and Hand Care Professionals.”
  • Click on “My Transactions” (At the top of the left navigation bar)
  • If your invoice has been processed, you will see an invoice entitled “2009 ASSH/ASHT Combined Annual Meeting.” Click on the invoice number to review the invoice detail.
  • If you do not see an invoice there, and it has been more than 5 business days since you faxed the registration, or 10 business days since you mailed it, please email AM09@assh.org.

* If you have forgotten your login information please email AM09@assh.org or call (847) 384-8300 between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm Central Time.  If you create a new account the price level will default to non-member prices and will not have any of your registration/attendance history. 

Want to edit your registration or add sessions?

  • Changes to your registration can be made onsite at the meeting.  No refunds will be issued for tours or special event tickets.
