 Onsite Registration & Pre-Registration Packet Pickup 

Onsite Registration

Whether you are preregistered or you want to register onsite, you will need to stop at the Registration Desk.

At the San Francisco Hilton, in the Yosemite Foyer, Ballroom Level:

  • Tuesday, September 1  3:00 - 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday, September 2  6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

At the registration area located in the First Level Lobby of the Moscone West Convention Center:

  • Thursday, September 3 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday, September 4 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday, September 5  7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Stop by registration to pick up your Badge, Meeting Bag, Onsite Program Schedule (includes room locations) along with other important information.   


If you wish to register after the 5:00 PM Central Time, August 14, 2009 deadline, you may register onsite in San Francisco. To register on-site you may use a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard, or American Express) or bring a personal or company check or money order. Onsite professional registrations will be charged an extra $50 late fee.

Program and Activity Location

September 1-2 all activities will be available in the Hilton San Francisco only.  This includes registration check-in and all Wednesday precourses.  Beginning on Thursday, September 3, registration will be moved to the Moscone West Convention Center. 

All educational sessions, registration and the commercial and scientific exposition taking place September 3-5 will be held at the Moscone West Convention Center

Registration and the exhibit hall will be located on the first level, breakout sessions can be found on the second level and the general sessions will be on the third level of the convention center. 

All committee meetings and special receptions will held at the Hilton San FranciscoPre-conference courses and workshops, preceding the Combined Meeting will also be held at the Hilton San Francisco. 

All optional activity tours leave from the Taylor Street entrance of the Hilton San Francisco.

ASSH Information Booth/Bookstore
The Society booth will provide information on all ASSH activities, publications, courses, future annual meetings, patient education brochures, self-assessment examinations, apparel and more. ASSH staff members will be available at the booth to answer your questions, fill publication orders and accept course registrations.  Visit the online ASSH Store.

Spouse and Guest Lounge
The Spouse/Guest Lounge will be at the Hilton San Francisco and is open throughout the conference for registered spouses and guests. Continental breakfast will be served during the meeting. Registration fees for spouse/guests and the optional activities fees have been kept to a minimum to encourage participation. Stop by the lounge, relax, visit with friends, or have a quick refreshment before heading off on one of the tours. Admission to the Spouse and Guest Lounge is by spouse/guest registrant badge only.  Learn more.
