FCT-Customized Hand Splints that Last
Presented by: BSN Medical, Inc.
Faculty: Emily Altman PT, DPT, CHT
This hands-on splinting workshop utilizes a new philosophy in splinting. Delta-Cast Conformable and the FCT technique allows occupational and hand therapists to construct braces and splints without hot water from expensive water heaters. The easy-to-learn technique reduces the application time, allowing the therapist more time to position the patient. Splints made from Delta-Cast Conformable will not distort under extreme heat conditions like thermoplastics.
