Clinical Investigators Workshop
Wednesday, September 2
4:30 - 6:00 PM
The goal of the Clinical Investigators Workshop is to bring together clinicians actively involved in clinical research for the purpose of discussing methodological issues relating to their work. The input of experienced investigators is intended to help solve problems of work in progress, lead to the development of new and interesting research questions and foster collaboration among the attendees for future clinical research endeavors.
The presentations will be made by the attendees and should represent 20-30 minute segments comprising a 5-7 minute summary of the project and a 15-25 minute period of discussion depending on the issue. This will be moderated by the chairman of the session. The presentations should only be works-in-progress or proposals for projects.
This meeting is open to anyone with interest in discussing clinical research methodology issues. If you are interested in making a presentation please submit your name and contact information, along with an outline for the clinical study or a research question that you would like to discuss to Sarah Meyer Hughes, Administrative Coordinator at the Hand Society, via email, smeyerhughes@assh.org.
