MEETING ANNOUNCMENTS

REGISTRATION LOCATION CHANGE:
Pre/Onsite Registration will be available at the Hilton Union Square September 1-2, 2009 in the Yosemite Foyer, Ballroom Level.  All events on Tue/Wed will take place at the Hilton.  Beginning on Thursday, September 3 through Saturday, September 5 registration will be available at Moscone West.

BRIDGE CLOSURE: The San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge will be closed over Labor Day weekend.  This will have an impact on anyone attending the meeting who is coming from the East Bay, including the Oakland Airport. The bridge will be closed from 8:00 pm Thursday 9/3 to 5:00 am Tuesday 9/8.  More info is available at http://baybridgeinfo.org/. 

CD-ROM & ONLINE HANDOUTS
The Annual Meeting CD-ROM content is now available online!  Content includes: Final Program in PDF format (including room assignments), Symposia Handouts, Instructional Course lecture handouts and more!

ONLINE PROGRAM SCHEDULER
The ASSH and ASHT are offering an online program scheduler to help you organize your day-to-day activities while attending the annual meeting.  Sign-up takes less than a minute.  Add activities to your schedule and download your schedule to bring with you.  NOTE --adding functions through this site does not register you for a program.  Please check your registration itinerary at check-in to make sure your registration is complete.
