A Video Theater submission is a 15-30 minute video of anatomy, diagnosis or surgical/therapy technique. Videos should provide an overview of the subject with a discussion of relevant literature as well as illustrative imaging of high quality. Past videos have included biomechanics of hand movement, evaluation of sensation, and toe-to-hand transfer for thumb reconstruction. Accepted videos will be displayed during the 2010 ASSH Annual Meeting will be also reviewed by the Products and Publications Advisory Committee (PPAC) for possible reproduction in the ASSH Procedural DVD Library. Reproduction in the DVD library is highly selective, based on complementary topics and anticipated product demand.
