A Video Theater submission is a 15-30 minute video of anatomy, diagnosis or surgical/therapy technique. Past videos have included biomechanics of hand movement, evaluation of sensation, and toe-to-hand transfer for thumb reconstruction. Accepted videos will be displayed during the 65th ASSH Annual Meeting and may be accepted into the permanent ASSH DVD Library, based on the final critique by the Scientific Displays Committee.
ABSTRACT CONTENT
Written abstracts (maximum of 400 words) describing the content of the video and its relevance to the field of hand surgery must be submitted through the online Video Theater Abstract form. If accepted, your abstract will be used in marketing materials to describe promote your video.
All video authors will be required to complete a Financial/Commercial Disclosure Form. There are no author limits for video theater abstracts.
VIDEO CONTENT
Presentation consideration is based entirely on the content received in your written abstract. Once accepted for presentation at the Annual Meeting authors will be asked to submit their completed video to the ASSH. These videos will be duplicated and made available for attendees onsite during the Annual Meeting.

Upon submission of your abstract the primary author listed will receive a confirmation email which will include important information about your abstract. Please save this email for all future correspondence. You may continue to edit and review your abstract through April 26, 2010. The Scientific Displays Committee will not review your submission prior to the submission deadline.
