Clinical Research Grant for Study in the Field of Hand Surgery
Funded by the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand and American Society for Surgery of the Hand
NEW GRANT TO BE AWARDED IN 2012
With many clinical questions waiting to be asked and answered, AFSH/ASSH is hoping to continue to elevate its tradition of high quality research. It is with this goal in mind that the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand will commemorate its 25th Anniversary by awarding a $100,000 grant for a well-designed, prospective multi-center clinical research study.
The ASSH Research Committee will review proposals and select the recipient of this grant, to be announced at the 2012 ASSH Annual Meeting in Chicago. Applications from surgeons, researchers and allied health professionals are welcome.
The multi-center grant is for $100,000 over two years. Please click on the links to the left for application outlines and guidelines.
Grant applications are due on February 1, 2012. All Clinical Research proposals are required to have proof that the primary investigators are in the active process of receiving IRB approval. Please prepare your proposal schedule accordingly.
