The Hand Society reimburses invited faculty for expenses incurred during the Trauma Course, such as airfare, meals, housing and ground transportation.  For a full description of the ASSH Speaker Reimbursement Policy, click here
 
ASSH will arrange your housing needs on your behalf.  Please fill out the Hotel Request Form to secure your room.  Please return it by April 23, 2010.

Handouts
Handouts are collected to provide attendees detailed information about the topic of your presentation.  If you are scheduled to present a lecture during this course, submitting a handout is required.  Handouts are due April 23, 2010.  To read the ASSH Handout Policy and see the handout template, click here.
 

Pre/Post Test Questions
All faculty are required to submit 2-3 questions related to the topic you have been assigned to, whether it is a panel discussion, lab or lecture.  The questions will then be reviewed by the Course Chairs and will be given to attendees to assess their knowledge before and after the course.  To review tips on how to create an appropriate test question, click herePre/Post Test Questions due April 23, 2010.
 

Terms and Conditions of Engagement and Conflict of Interest
ASSH requires all invited faculty to agree to all Terms and Conditions of Engagement (TCE) for each course participated in and disclose any Conflicts of Interest (COI) in the last 12 months.  Updating your TCE and COI form is due by April 23, 2010.
