International Traveling Fellow to the American Society for Surgery of the Hand
Application deadline is May 17, 2010
The American Society for Surgery of the Hand invites official IFSSH recognized Hand Societies to support a Traveling Fellow visit to the United States. In recent years the ASSH has welcomed young fellows traveling to the U.S. with the support of their national hand societies. If your society has a similar traveling fellowship program, our Bunnell Fellowship Committee would be glad to work with your society’s fellow to schedule visits to selected hand surgery centers while he or she is in our country in the weeks following the ASSH Annual Meeting in October 2010.
In support of overseas visiting fellows, the ASSH will provide a complimentary registration to the ASSH Annual Meeting for one fellow from each society who is on an academic level equivalent to our Bunnell Fellow. Before the complimentary registration is issued, the ASSH leadership will review the fellowship form. Unfortunately, no additional financial assistance will be offered to this fellow by the ASSH in support of travel, housing or other expenses.
If your society would like to participate in this program, please complete the application detailing your fellowship and selection procedures. Send to:
