The American Society for Surgery of the Hand and its members believe in adhering to the highest medical ethical standards in which quality patient care comes first. To that end the ASSH Ethics and Professionalism Committee has developed a Code of Ethics and Professionalism for all ASSH members and has compiled ethics codes from other medical organizations.
