Correspondence News postings may be submitted to the editor - David Labosky, MD at dlab77@aol.com. Postings must be submitted as original Word documents. Photos, graphics, X-rays and additional supporting material may also be submitted. (PDF and JPEG formats are the most compatible).
Please Note: If submissions are of a scanned publication/letter/etc., there will be a delay in posting the submission.
Completed forms may be faxed to Haley Licata at (847) 384-1435 or emailed to hlicata@assh.org. (Forms may be submitted with your electronic signature).
