Full Annual Meeting Registration Fees*

*After September 17, professional registration fees for the Annual Meeting increase by $50.

Single Day Registration

If you are unable to attend the entire Annual Meeting, you may register for a single day. You may purchase a single day admission or a full meeting admission. You may not purchase multiple single day tickets.

Special Discounted Fees

Active Military Personnel:  Active United States military personnel may be entitled to a special discount. Please call ASSH at (847) 384-8300 or email AM10@assh.org for more information.

Residents/Fellows/Medical Students: Rates are significantly reduced for residents, fellow and medical students who are in North American training programs. Residents, fellows and medical students who register online, and who are not already recorded as in training in the ASSH database, must contact the ASSH for a rate adjustment. Documentation of enrollment may be required from the program. International Registration: International registration fees are applicable for areas outside North America. North America is defined as the United States, its possessions (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands), Canada, Mexico, the trust territory of the Pacific Islands, the Marshall Islands, Bermuda and the federated states of Micronesia.

Spouse/Guest Registration

The spouse/guest registration fee of $95 includes continental breakfasts from Thursday through Saturday in the Spouse/Guest lounge at the Sheraton Boston, and admittance to the President’s guest lecture on Friday, October 8.  If you are a spouse/guest who is also a healthcare professional (doctor, nurse, hand therapist), please note that in order to receive continuing education credits, you must pay the appropriate registration fee in the appropriate professional category.

Exhibit Hall Visitor Pass

The Exhibits-Only Visitor Pass is for those who only wish to walk the tradeshow.  No children under the age of 6 are allowed in the exhibit hall. A special release form must be signed for children entering the exhibit hall between the ages of 6 and 18.

3-Day Exhibits Pass (Thurs-Sat): On or before September 17/$150; After September 17/$200  
Thursday Only Pass:  On or before September 17/$75; after September 17/$125
Friday Only Pass:  On or before September 17/$75; after September 17/$125
Saturday Only Pass:  On or before September 17/$50; after September 17/$100

What's Included in Your Registration

The registration fee for the Annual Meeting includes admittance to scientific sessions, symposia, instructional courses, clinical case reviews, scientific and commercial exhibits, poster presentations, the ASSH Video Theater, luncheons Thursday through Saturday. Complimentary admission to the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand welcome reception on Thursday evening is also included.  Additional fees apply for the Adrian E. Flatt Residents and Fellows Conference, precourses, social events and tours. Social event and tour fees are non-refundable once purchased.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund less a $95 cancellation fee will be issued if written notification is received in the ASSH Central Office by September 10, 2010.
  • A $150 cancellation fee will be charged if written notification is received between September 11 and September 17, 2010.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 17, 2010.
  • Optional activity tickets (social events and tours) and donations to the American Foundation for Surgery of the Hand are non-refundable.
  • No refunds issued on site.
  • No refunds will be issued for any missed sessions or events, including sessions missed due to travel delays.
