Disclosure Preparation
All faculty, speakers, moderators and paper or poster presenters are required to complete their Conflict of Interest (COI) and Terms and Conditions of Engagement (TCE) forms online. For information on how to complete these forms, click here.
All forms were due April 20, 2010. Please contact the Meetings team (meetings@assh.org) if you need assistance or have questions.
Handouts
Volunteer and invited speakers/faculty for Instructional Course Lectures, Symposia and Precourses are required to submit handout material for distribution at the Annual Meeting.
Please review the handout submission information posted here.
All Handouts must be submitted to handouts@assh.org no later than Monday, July 12, 2010
