Resident Educators Workshop

Resident education is an evolving process. This program will focus on educating residents in upper extremity surgery. The workshop will review the current principles critical to effective teaching and learning. We will present and assess different teaching methods, curriculum development and evaluation of residents’ skills and knowledge, as well as discussing the Hand Fellowship match and the ACGME NAS and milestones. Techniques and strategies will be examined with participant interaction.
