Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to submit your application online. If applying on or after June 10, payment is due in full.

Refund Policy/Cancellation Fee
All refunds must be requested in writing to the ASSH Central Office and faxed to (847) 384-1435.

If written notification is received on or before Friday, May 31, 2013, a full refund, less a $150 processing fee, will be given. If written notification is received between Saturday, June 1, 2013 and Friday, June 28, 2013, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be given. After Friday, June 28, 2013 there will be no refunds.
