Please review the following information and instructions prior to making your reservation.

To receive the special ASSH convention rate, book your room online or call you preferred hotel.  For best availability and immediate confirmation, make you reservations online through the ASSH Annual Meeting hotel website.

• The Hilton will require a one night deposit to guarantee reservation. The is a 3 day cancellation policy.
• The hotel reservation department will send you an acknowledgement of your reservation.  Please review all information for accuracy.  E-mail confirmations will be sent within 24 hours of the processed reservation.  Fax and mail confirmations are sent within 7-10 days. 
• To take advantage of special ASSH rates, please book your reservations by September 2.  After the cutoff date, the ASSH block will be released, and hotels may charge higher rates.
• All rates are per room and subject to a 15.5% sales tax and $.25 Commerce Fee.
• Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however the hotel will do its best to honor all requests.  The hotel will assign specific room types based on availability upon check-in.
• Your reservation must be guaranteed either by credit card or check for first night’s deposit.
• Ten dollars of your room rate will be used to defray convention costs.
• Any changes made to your hotel reservation within 72 hours of arrival date (including early departure) are subject to a deposit forfeit of the 1st night room and tax.
