Exhibitor Service Manual
The Official Show Contractor for the 2013 meeting and exposition is Freeman. All approved exhibitors that have been assigned a booth will receive a welcome notification from Freeman the week of July 1. Your notice will include details on how to access the service kit, place service orders online and connect with supplemental vendors such as our florist and lead retrieval provider (just to name a few!).

- The Exhibition Center is NOT carpeted so you should budget for ordering carpet for your exhibit space.
- Exhibit Hall set-up will be on Wednesday-only. For special set-up please contact exhibits@assh.org.
