This full day course will present the latest information on the diagnosis and treatment of neurological and vascular disorders of the upper extremity.  An expert panel will provide a comprehensive overview of current diagnostic treatment algorithms.  The morning session will concentrate on the most up-to-date evaluation of neurologic disorders from shoulder to fingertip.  Through a series of didactic sessions and case presentations, the participants will review our current understanding of neurovascular disorders of the upper extremity.

Learning Objectives

  • Understand the current diagnostic and therapeutic approaches to entrapment neuropathies.
  • Understand the microsurgical approaches to traumatic nerve injuries of the upper extremity.
  • Demonstrate the methodology for the assessment and treatment of traumatic and vascular disorders.
  • Discuss the evaluation and workup of inflammatory vascular disorders of the upper extremity.
