Presenters will receive an email from our AV partner - AVMG. Please upload your presentation to the speaker upload site by the deadline date. Additional details about preparing and uploading your presentation can be found by visiting the AVMG Speaker Help and Upload Site.

Speaker Ready Room
Presentations must be sumitted to the AV coordinator in the Speaker Ready Room at least 24 hours before your presentation. Please preview your computer-generated materials before your presentation. Hours for the Speaker Ready Room are posted below.
Tuesday: 3:00 - 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Thursday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Friday: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Saturday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Manuscripts for Paper Presenters
All Paper Presenters are required to submit a manuscript of their study. Manuscripts should be formatted similar to a journal article submission.
Please note: manuscripts will only be reviewed by the moderators and discussers. This does not count as an article submission for the Journal of Hand Surgery.
